System Engineers
Job Description
- Perform maintenance for servers and workstations
- Deploy various Microsoft operating system & software, IT security, storage and basic networking solutions
- Offer advice on hardware, software, basic networking and IT best practices
- Maintain IT documentation
- Prepare Technical Incident Reports
- Travel 2-4 sites daily to support external clients
Requirements
- ITE/Diploma in IT-related courses
- Minimum 1 year experience with SI environment or in-house IT support role
- Possess hands-on experience with desktop troubleshooting and remote support
- Good communication skills. Ability to liaise with Chinese speaking clients is an added advantage
- Ability to work independently and as a team

Helpdesk Specialist
Job Description
- Provide technical troubleshooting via phone/remote support tools
- Analyse servers' status using remote monitoring tools
- Document all reported incidents & issue incident ticket
- Escalate unresolved technical support issues to senior support staff
Requirements
- ITE/Diploma in IT-related courses
- Minimum 1 year experience in a helpdesk or technical support role
- Experienced with supporting Microsoft products, backup solutions, firewall solutions, email solutions, LAN & WAN.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good communication skills, ability to liaise with Chinese speaking clients is an added advantage
- Ability to work independently and as a team

Program Analyst
Job Description
- Develop and support plug-ins for third party applications
- Prepare training materials for end-users
- Perform technical testing on software
- Develop & maintain technical documentations
Requirements
- Diploma in IT-related course
- Minimum 1 year programming experience
- Require strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Possess relevant hands-on experience with accounting ERP application development
- Possess good technical knowledge in:
- Microsoft .Net technologies (ASP.NET, VB.NET etc)
- Microsoft SQL scripting
- Java
- Visual Basic
- Ability to work independently and as a team
