Virtualisation
Today companies are looking at server virtualisation as a way of reducing financial and operational costs. Virtualisation is the creation of a virtual (not physical) version of hardware, software, memory, storage, data and network.
Virtualisation allows multiple virtual servers to consolidate and run on a single physical machine, with each virtual server sharing the resources of that one physical machine across multiple environments. Different virtual machines can run different operating systems and multiple applications on the same physical machine.

- Companies who are using older application versions and do not wish to buy multiple licenses for the outdated application
- Companies who wish to reduce server hardware footprint
- Companies who wish to implement IT Continuity Plan
SFIT provides clients with a holistic view of virtualisation and how to effectively implement such a solution within their IT environment.
